About Marifah Interfaith

In a time of growing division and misunderstanding, Marifah's Interfaith Relations Program offers a calm, grounded space for respectful dialogue, shared reflection, and spiritual presence between Muslims and people of other faith traditions.

Inspired by the prophetic legacy of mercy and wisdom, this initiative is not about proving points—it is about opening hearts.

We believe that presence speaks louder than persuasion. Our work focuses on creating genuine connections, serving the common good, and fostering a deeper awareness of our shared humanity.

Through this program, we invite people of all backgrounds to sit together, listen deeply, and recognize one another with dignity and sincerity.

Our Approach

Rooted in the Prophetic example of mercy and wisdom, our approach to interfaith work emphasizes:

Presence over persuasion – coming together with sincerity, not superiority

Respectful dialogue – listening before speaking

Common values – focusing on compassion, justice, and unity

Spiritual depth – engaging from the heart, not just the intellect

What We Offer

Interfaith Dialogue Circles – spaces for honest, respectful conversation
Community Service Projects – collaborating with other faith groups for humanitarian causes
Faith Exchange Visits – hosting and visiting houses of worship with reflection and hospitality
Peacebuilding Workshops – exploring spiritual approaches to conflict and healing
Educational Seminars – offering insight into Islamic spirituality and the Marifah path

Why It Matters

Qur’an 49:13

O mankind, We created you from a single pair... so that you may come to know one another.

Voices from the Circle

Marifah’s interfaith circle gave me hope. It wasn’t about who’s right—it was about who’s present.

Reverend L., USA

This was the first time I saw Islam presented with humility and spiritual beauty.

Rabbi D., Canada

I came expecting debate. I left with friendship.

Brother T., UK

A Note from Shykh Jamil Ahmed Sukhera

The light of Islam shines brightest when it is lived with sincerity and humility. Interfaith work, when done from the heart, becomes a bridge—not just between religions—but between souls. The Qur’an calls us to ‘speak words of beauty’ to all. This is a duty, and an opportunity, for every seeker on the path.
